Best 30 minute walk to see London Christmas Lights

I’ve been to many cities and nowhere does Christmas lights quite like London. The London Christmas Lights this year as ever have outdone themselves, so here is the ultimate list you need to see!

I’ll also recommend less popular spots that (hopefully) aren’t as crowded.

Yes, the Regents Street Angels are stunning, but did you know there are other Angels nearby that are virtually empty of tourists?

London at Christmas is pure magic—there’s no other way to describe it. The streets are glowing with festive lights, there’s a lot of Christmas Market pop ups and stalls where you can grab hot chocolates, mulled wines and fun, probably overpriced Christmas Gifts but still a beautiful way to see the UK!

The giant Christmas tree at Waterloo Place is an absolute must-see. It’s stunningly lit and set against the historic buildings around it, creating a beautifully festive atmosphere.

Covent Garden is of course, super busy but you STILL must go and visit, if only to see the giant Christmas tree and lights. The giant golden bells hanging from the ceiling are as iconic as ever. The whole market is glowing with fairy lights and festive charm, even if everything is overpriced, it’s worth just strolling around and soaking up the atmosphere.

There are plenty of photo-worthy spots too.
