Coming in hot is Pavilion Gardens Café! This cute award winning café is in the best location – with the perfect view of the Brighton Pavilion, one of the most Instagrammable spots! It’s a short walk away from everything in town and definitely one of the best coffee shops in Brighton.

They have been catering to the Brighton and Hove community for over 80 years in the Pavilion Gardens, providing refreshments and traditional homemade food. Ask about their incredible history which dates back over 100 years – some thrilling tales about WW2, the thrilling tales of Dunkirk and more. TIP: if you’re after some delicious food, try their famous, fabulous and freshly baked rock cakes.

The Breakfast club

This is the perfect spot great coffee; in fact, I’d say it’s excellent. I’m a little bit fussy with my coffee and like it with a few added bits and extras, and the staff were fantastic here. And if you don’t fancy the coffee, they serve a smackingly refreshing bloody mary for those that are after a little something with an extra kick, definitely one of the best coffee shops in Brighton.

Also… they were voted ‘The Best Breakfast’.. it’s worth checking out their Brunch menu – their pancakes make for a delicious breakfast or if you’re feeling like something a little different, try their famous huevos rancheros. One of the best restaurants around, the perfect place for a caffeinated pick me up!

Red Roaster Brighton

This former post office has been transformed into a botanical indoor greenhouse garden (feels like, anyway). Featuring specialty coffee, creative brunch and lunch dishes, Red Roaster Brighton is the perfect place to stop for a pick me up.

Initially a small stop-in shop near the train station, Blend and Brew Brighton stepped up its game and is one of the great cafes of Brighton.

I received a recommendation to try it, and now I completely understand why!
