The Breakfast club
It has great food here; in fact, I’d say it’s excellent. The Breakfast Club have large portions, a warm welcome and an extensive menu to choose from.
If you’re not that hungry, consider going for a half portion! It’s renowned for having one of the best brunches in town, although be sure to get there early; I had to queue here before! They serve a smackingly refreshing bloody mary for those that are after a little something with an extra kick, earning it a top spot on this list for best breakfast in Brighton.
Also… they were voted ‘The Best Breakfast’.. Have a little gander at their Brunch menu – if you have a sweet tooth, try their French toast, huevos rancheros or their stack of buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup – they make for a delicious breakfast.

Lots of veggie and vegan choices too and I would highly recommend their smoothies.
They pride themselves on locally sourced ingredients and are well known for their fresh breakfast tacos and crunchy burgers, and their refreshing cocktails are the perfect addition to a sunny day by the beach.

Think English classics. And the portions are huge, you get far more than you bargained for. Why not try their delicious breakfast? Plenty of veggie and vegan stuff if you don’t want piggy bits but it is a pig themed cafe, so expect a lot of pork.

Cosmic Pizza has launched an incredible and crazy bottomless pizza brunch in The West Hill Tavern pub, potentially the best breakfast in Brighton. I’m yet to try this but I can imagine it would be hilarious.

Think boozy brunch and cocktails, right in the heart of Brighton. It’s worth checking out the breakfast menu, they’re quite famous for their huevos rancheros and their delicious comfort food.
The dish was bursting with flavour, with perfectly cooked eggs, zesty salsa, and a generous amount of toppings.

The Salt Room

Their wide selection of drinks, including slow-drip coffee and immunity shots, is brewed to perfection. Try their fresh croissants, homemade cakes and artisan sandwiches.

Coffeetzar
This quaint little cafe is the perfect quiet spot to sit down for a cosy breakfast and enjoy their great coffee – they’re well known for their baked goods and sandwiches. If you find yourself staring at their baked foods, you know you’re in Coffeetzar.
They have a few great options for a gluten free breakfast, vegetarian breakfast and vegan breakfast, just be sure to ask. Also… their cakes are some of the best! If you’re after one of their sweet treats (like me!) try one of their delicious gourmet cakes, pies, buns, tarts, croissants.
Make sure you eye up some of their more unusual options like the white chocolate brownie, Mille Feuille, courgette and beetroot tart, fresh fruit tarts, veggie pizza, and much more.
